Services. K & AD cleaning service provides House Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. K & AD cleaning service (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. K & AD cleaning service reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. K & AD cleaning service makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, K & AD cleaning service's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold K & AD cleaning service harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. MA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of MA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
